Full color paintings require four weeks. Add one week extra for framing.

A 50% minimum non-refundable deposit is required on all orders. The balance of payment is due and payable upon completion of the portrait . When your portrait is completed, you will be notified and you will be able to view your portrait online. At that time, you may also choose a frame. Portraits will not be shipped until full payment is received.

By submitting your photograph to us, you agree to release its use to us for the purpose of painting your portrait. In addition, you give American Heritage Painters the right to use images and/or reproductions of your painting for advertising purposes including website advertising.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your portrait, you may return it and we will refund your money, less the 50% deposit and the cost of shipping and handling.

Any modifications to this Agreement must be made on an individual basis in writing with the artist of your choice.
